Common questions
Voice Sync is not following my voice. What should I check?
Confirm microphone access is allowed in Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone, move the device closer, and reduce background noise. If tracking still struggles, switch to fixed-speed scrolling and the take continues normally.
Which files can I import?
PDF, Word (.docx), and TXT files import as scripts. Videos from your photo library and built-in poster templates work as the visual in picture-in-picture recording. Scanned PDFs have no text layer, so paste or retype their text.
Does the prompt appear in exported videos?
No. The prompt overlay is visible only to you while recording. Exports contain the camera picture and any poster material you chose to show.
How do subscriptions and cancellation work?
Choose a weekly plan with a 3-day free trial, a monthly plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings.
Where does my content live?
Scripts, recordings, and speech recognition are processed primarily on your device. The details are written down in the privacy policy.
Which devices are supported?
Any iPhone or iPad running iOS 16 or iPadOS 16 or later, including iPhone 8 and iPhone SE (2nd generation) or newer.

The prompt will not follow me
Check microphone access in Settings, move closer, and cut background noise. If it still drifts, switch to fixed speed and finish the take; the mode selector is on the same screen.
My PDF imported as nothing
Scanned PDFs are images with no text layer, so there is nothing to import. Paste or retype the passages you need, and show the pages as a screen-recorded poster video if the audience must see them.
The text is hard to read while recording
Raise the font size past the point that feels necessary and move further from the device. Both reduce how much your eyes travel, which is what viewers notice.
My purchase is not showing
Purchases follow your Apple Account. Confirm you are signed in with the same account, then use the App Store restore flow.
